Booking Notice and Payment
An invoice will be issued upon Falkland Islands Training Services Ltd (FITS) receiving the completed course candidate booking form.
All invoices must be paid within 14 days of the date of the invoice. This is bound from the date of the invoice.
Late payments on the balance will be charged at a rate of 22% of the total cost per day past the due date.
Any awarded certification will not be distributed to the course candidate until full paument for the course has been received.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel yours or a candidate’s place on a course, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing: [email protected]
If you do have to cancel a candidate or place on a course, then the following financial return policy applies:
- 15 days notice or more; you will receive a full refund
- 14 – 7 days notice; charged at 50% of the total amount
- 7 days notice or less; charged at the full amount
Physical Ability
As simulation is a key feature in the way we train, many, if not all, of our courses require an element of getting down onto the floor for related acivities. It is vital that we are aware of any physical or learning difficulties so we can enhance your learning journey and make your experience with us as wholesome as possible.
Our Promise to You
We will not share your data with any third parties. We deiliver all our courses with clarity and fact and the most up to date material provided by QualSafe (UK). We will endure that you receive the most relevant information with regards to legislation, medical guidleines, and other associated authorities. We are fully insured with Public Liability Insurance.
Additional Information (Certification)
Upon successful completion of most courses (with the exception of refresher courses), QualSafe (UK) will issue the candidate with an accredited certificate which will be valid for/up to the next three years (where applicable). The QualSafe (UK) certificate may state that it is “highly recommended” to complete refresher training annually. This refresher training is not compulsary and if the decision is made not to undertake the refresher training, this will not invalidate the candidate’s certification.
Discounts
Discounts are wholly the decision of Falkland Islands Training Services Ltd and can pnly be applied to sole company, full capacity course bookings.
